What Is A Business Process????? ...

A business process is a series of steps (activities) that produce a product or service. Most processes are cross-functional, spanning across "boxes" on an Organizational chart.

Some processes result in an external "customer" receiving the "result"
... these are 'primary processes'

Other processes are essential for effective management of the business
... these are 'support processes'

Businesses, like individuals, go through their day-to-day activities without having a Process Model. This is an important asset to have. It enables one (businesses and individuals) to identify, improve, implement,  and Iterate!

Deciding which process framework to chose is an important step as it determines if your project will be successful or fail. Let us help you draw a process flow diagram based on a central repository, AND also how to optimize the process through simulation.

Modeling your enterprise is an important task and different stakeholders have different requirements. We can show you how you can deal with this aspect and how you can build a consistent enterprise architecture model.
